Pro Teck 9" center Surfboard Fin - Rare Safety Fin *Charity Item*

Description

This auction is for one Pro Teck 9" longboard center fin. Model 9/229 80A. From Surfco Hawaii.
It is hard, black in the center with green rubber along the edges to limit the chances of it cutting the rider.
Found while snorkeling, it is complete, with some light scratches. It has some scratching at the top of the leading edge, on one side, and there is a cut in the rubber on the middle front of the leading edge and a rough spot just above. Not sure if this should be glued back or just trimmed off. Will leave that decision to the winning bidder.
The fin measures 6" at the base and it is 9" tall. This is a big fin.
The breakaway plastic tab and screw at the front of the fin were missing when this was found. These can be purchased online at the Surfco Hawaii website, for .20 and 2 sets.
This fin retails for over if you can find one, so get your best bids in early.
